Raffaele Casa

Full Professor of Agronomy at the University of Tuscia (Viterbo). After a MSc degree in Agricultural Sciences at Tuscia University, he obtained his PhD at the University of Dundee (Great Britain). He has carried out several periods of study and research abroad in the context of international research projects and having won 2 Marie Curie fellowships of the European Commission. For over 20 years he has been involved in research in precision agriculture, in particular the applications of optical, multispectral and hyperspectral remote sensing, the monitoring of soil variables and agricultural crops for the improvement of agronomic management.
