Habilitated as Full Professor, Micaela Vitaletti is an associate professor at the DIKE Department of Legal, Social, and Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Tuscia, where she teaches labor law and industrial relations. For almost ten years, she was a member of the University of Teramo's Center for Equal Opportunities. Coordinator of the PhD program “Welfare, Diversity, and Gender Studies” at the DIKE Department, she deals with social welfare and anti-discrimination law in the Master's program “Total Worker Health: The New Dimensions of Workplace Protection” at the Catholic University. She is the author of numerous publications, including two books.
