Martina Galli has been a Type A Researcher in Criminal Law at the University of Tuscia since 2022, where she earned her Ph.D. in 2019. A graduate of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, she has conducted research stays at the Institut des Hautes Études sur la Justice in Paris and the Goethe University Frankfurt. In 2023, she coordinated the project “Collateral Effects and Sustainability of Criminal Law.” Author of several publications, her work has focused on topics including economic crime and corporate criminal justice from both domestic and comparative perspectives, the relationship between criminal law and crises, and restorative justice.
