    • Bio
    • Marcello Fidaleo holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Chemical Engineering (Sapienza University of Rome) and earned his Ph.D. in Food Biotechnology from the University of Tuscia. He has conducted research at the University of Minnesota and North Carolina State University (USA), where he is also a Teaching Fellow at the BTEC. A recipient of Fulbright and CNR fellowships as well as research awards, he teaches courses in engineering, food technology, and statistics applied to chemical, food, and biotechnology processes. He collaborates with Italian and foreign universities, participates in research projects, and serves as a scientific consultant and peer reviewer for international journals. He is the author of over 60 scientific publications.
