    • Marcella Pasqualetti, born in Arlena di Castro on 16.03.67, graduated in Biological Sciences in 1990 with 110 points out of 110 cum laude. Since 2001 she has been a confirmed researcher in the BIO 02 sector (Systematic Botany) and since 2022 she has been an Associate Professor. She is responsible for the Microbial Ecology laboratory and the Marine Mycology laboratory. From 2001 to today she has held several university courses: Mycology, Microbial Ecology, Plant Biology, Biology of marine algae and fungi, and Biology and applications of fungi and marine algae. She participates in research units in various projects funded by private or public institutions (MIPAF, MURST, ARSIAL, etc.). Since 2021 she has been the Angelo Rambelli Botanical Garden Scientific Director.
