Leonardo Bianchini is a researcher at the University of Tuscia, where he focuses on tree management and forest mechanization. His research addresses tree stability and the operational aspects of forestry and tree care work. He is particularly interested in intervention techniques such as pruning, felling, rigging, cabling and bracing, and tree climbing, and he studies the practices, safety, and training of operators involved in tree management and forest work sites. He also integrates these topics with the management and valorization of agricultural, agro-industrial, and forest biomass.
