      • Dr. Gabriele Antoniella is an academic in the field of Soil and Forest Sciences, specializing in carbon dynamics and the impact of land-use changes on soil organic carbon stocks. As a researcher and lecturer in Urban Forestry within the international master's program at the DIBAF Department, he focuses his research on innovative topics such as carbon farming, agroforestry, and agroecological soil management. His scientific background includes a Ph.D. in Science, Technology, and Biotechnology for Sustainability, with specific expertise in the application of the Eddy Covariance technique in urban contexts to analyze CO₂ emissions and the role of urban green areas in offsetting emissions.
