- Bio
- Eleonora Sofia Rossi is a Researcher (RTDa) in Agricultural and Food Economics at the University of Tuscia. Her research focuses on consumer behaviour and the assessment of consumer preferences for sustainable agri-food innovations. She also studies the effects of agricultural and environmental policies, innovation dynamics within agri-food value chains, and the participatory co-design of sustainable business models. She is currently involved and has previously participated in regional, national and European projects funded under Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and the PRIMA Programme.
