    • Bio

    • Associate Professor at the Department for Innovation in Biological, Agro-Food and Forest Systems (DIBAF), University of Tuscia. She teaches courses in Food Technology and Sensory Analysis and Consumer Science across Bachelor's, Master's, and inter-university degree programs. She has served as supervisor for over 100 degree theses and as a PhD advisor. She is the Scientific Director of the Sensory Laboratory and the DIBAF Professional Tasting Panel, recognized by Executive Decree No. 338335 of July 13, 2026. Her research activity mainly focuses on sensory analysis, quality, and technological innovation of agri-food products. She is the principal investigator and research team member in numerous national and regional scientific projects.
