Dr. Daniele Pietrucci earned a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences (University of Rome "Tor Vergata", 2012), a Master’s in Bioinformatics (University of Rome "Tor Vergata", 2014), and a PhD in Evolutionary Biology and Ecology (University of Rome "Tor Vergata", 2019). His doctoral research focused on the analysis of the human microbiota using 16S marker gene analysis from fecal samples to identify biomarkers linked to neurodegenerative diseases. Post-PhD, he collaborated as a researcher at various institutions, specializing in bioinformatic and statistical analysis of genomic data across diverse research contexts. Since March 1, 2023, he has served as an RTDa researcher at the DIBAF Department of the University of Tuscia, contributing to the AGRITECH and Sebastien projects.
