    • Bio

    • Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics at the University of Tuscia (DIBAF Department) since 2025. After obtaining a degree in Agricultural Sciences, she earned a PhD in Economics and Local Development in 2012 and held various research positions at the University of Tuscia. From 2020 to 2025, she coordinated the European project LOWINFOOD on food waste reduction. She has participated in several other international projects on the same topics (WASTEWISE, FOODCHOICES4LIFE). From 2023 to 2025, she coordinated the PRIN AGREF project on unfair trading practices in food supply chains. She teaches economics in degree programs in food technologies, biotechnology, and nutrition sciences. She is the author of 49 scientific articles indexed in Scopus (1,400 citations, h-index 20).
