      • Bio

      • Associate professor of Merchandise Science in the Department of Economics, Engineering, Society and Enterprise (DEIM) at the University of Tuscia. Since 2021, he has taught “Quality and Customer Relations,” “Sustainability and Circular Economy,” “Quality Management and Certification,” and “Technology, Innovation and Quality.” After receiving a PhD in 2011 from the University of Tuscia, he specializes in research on quality and sustainability issues, with a focus on Total Quality Management and models of excellence. He is currently coordinator of the Master's degree program in “Marketing and Quality.” With 71 publications to his credit, of which 53 are indexed on Scopus and an H index of 16, he has signed 15 articles in band A journals (Journal ranking Anvur).
