Carlo Sotis

Carlo Sotis is a Full Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Tuscia since 2012. He previously served as an Associate Professor at the University of Macerata (2008–2012) and as a Researcher at the University of Milan. In 1998, he earned a diploma (D.E.A.) with honors in Droit pénal et politique criminelle en Europe at the Université Paris 1. He graduated with honors from the University of Pavia in 1996, where he also completed his Ph.D. in 2002. At the University of Tuscia, he coordinated the Ph.D. program in Law of European and Global Markets (2015–2022) and served as President of the Unified Board for the Degree Programs in Law and Security and Human Rights (2022–2023). He is a member of the Academic Senate representing full professors from the humanities and social science
