Andrea Genovese was born in Viterbo on February 6, 1970, where he lives with his family. He is a full professor of private law at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, where he has been teaching the same subject continuously since the 2005/2006 academic year. At the same university, he serves as the Rector’s Delegate for student rights. He believes that the university is a place for the best human and cultural growth of students, placing them at the center of its mission. He practices law at the SLGLAW law firm in Rome, of which he is a partner, providing litigation and consulting services. He is also a member of arbitration panels, such as the Banking and Financial Arbitrator in Bologna, or the Arbitration Chamber of the ANAC. He is the author of numerous publications.
