Alessandro Sorrentino

Alessandro Sorrentino is full professor of Agricultural and Food Economics at the University of Tuscia. In the past he taught at the University of Bari, the University of Arizona and the University of Massachusetts. Coordinator of national and international research projects, he has been a consultant for the European Institutions (Commission and Parliament), the Ministry of Agriculture, and some regional administrations. He is the author of numerous essays in scientific journals and of some volumes including: “Small Businesses and the Reform of the Agricultural Policy of the European Union” (Franco Angeli 1997); “Milk Quotas in Italy: a Misadventure on the Road to Europe” (Franco Angeli 2001); The Common Agricultural Policy after the Fischler Reform (Ashgate 2012).
