    • Associate Professor of Slavic Studies at the University of Tuscia. BA with honours in Foreign Languages (Tor Vergata, 2004) and PhD L-LIN/21 (2009). Taught Russian language, literature, culture and translation at several Italian universities (2010–16); research fellow at Chieti-Pescara (2016–19) on Russian grammars in Italian. Visiting professor at the University of Latvia (Riga) and the University of Tartu. Research interests: Russo-Italian relations; history of language teaching; nineteenth-century antisemitism; cosmism; science fiction; translation; culture. Author of the monograph L’ombra del kahal (Viella, 2013) and essays in Studi Slavistici, Europa Orientalis, Russica Romana, Quaderni del CIRSIL. Member of AIS, AIR, CIRSIL. Fellowships: SICSA, CIMO, RF.
