Let’s breathe together against anxiety | Free Yoga Course

Exam anxiety is a specific form of performance anxiety that occurs in situations involving evaluation or judgment by others. To support students in managing this condition, the PROBEN project (Promotion of Well-being) has been developed, funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR).

As part of this project, the Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences, in collaboration with the Saraswati Association of Viterbo, offers “LET’S BREATHE TOGETHER AGAINST ANXIETY”, a free YOGA program open to all students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs.

The program is based on the discipline of Yoga, considered a tool for restoring balance and promoting connection with oneself, others, and the environment. The sessions will introduce techniques applicable to academic and everyday contexts.

The program will be held at the University Sports Center (CUS) in Viterbo, starting with an introductory session on September 8, 2025. Registration is required through the following Google Form:

The full program consists of 10 sessions, scheduled three times a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—from Wednesday, September 10 to Wednesday, October 1. To accommodate all participants, several one-hour time slots will be available in the morning.
