PROBEN | Free Yoga course for UNITUS students

As part of the PROBEN project (Promotion of Wellbeing), funded by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR), the Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences, in collaboration with the Saraswati Association of Viterbo, is offering “Breathing Together Against Anxiety”, a Yoga program designed for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, as well as research fellows and postdoctoral fellows from all Departments.

The program will take place at the University Sports Center (CUS) of Viterbo and will consist of 10 sessions held three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from Wednesday, September 10 to Wednesday, October 1. Two time slots will be available: 9:00–11:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., each lasting two hours.

To take part in the program, a valid medical certificate for non-competitive sports activities is required.
