BESTNATURE Final Conference
The Final Conference of the Erasmus+ BESTNATURE project – Boosting EU Biodiversity STrategy by empowering high education curricula and green skills for NATURE protection and restoration – will take place on Friday, 18 September 2026, at the Bavarian Forest National Park (Germany).
The event will provide an opportunity to discuss and share the results achieved by the project, focusing on education, cooperation and field-based experiences for biodiversity conservation.
The programme will include an overview of the objectives and results of BESTNATURE, an in-depth look at the blended learning model and the Field Weeks experiences in protected areas, a student round table focusing on the experiences and skills developed throughout the project and, finally, a discussion on the project’s legacy, opportunities for transferring the activities and future cooperation opportunities.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in person or remotely. Participation is free of charge and no registration fee is required.
