Algae and their nutritional potential – prof.ssa Marcella Pasqualetti

We would like to inform all our students about the first of the summer events organized by Caffè Menerva, a cultural association aimed at promoting and enhancing the local area, which will take place on Sunday, June 30th at 6:30 PM.

The special guest of the day will be Professor Marcella Pasqualetti, who will talk about the nutritional properties of algae, with a focus on Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis).
