The University of Tuscia has activated a digital orientation service for students interested in enrolling in University Degree Courses.

To book an interview, please fill out this FORM. You will then be contacted by email to arrange an appointment and provide details about the digital platform that will be used.

Processed Personal Data: Name and surname, country of residence, and University or School of origin, as well as any additional information you voluntarily provide to the data controller by filling out the form. Purpose of Processing: Transmission of information about the study courses offered by Università degli Studi della Tuscia (Advisory service). If you contact Università degli Studi della Tuscia through the Open Day registration form, your personal data will also be used for these purposes (event organization). Legal Basis for Processing: The processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (Article 6, 1, b of the European Regulation 2016/679) and of Article 6, 1, b of the European Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter GDPR). The processing is also necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties (Article 6, 1, f GDPR). Retention Period: All data provided will be processed and stored electronically, as provided by the European Regulation, by employees of Università degli Studi della Tuscia under the responsibility of the Data Controller for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to perform the advisory service and/or organization of the Open Day, and in any case not exceeding 12 months from the submission of the form. What happens if consent is not given to the processing? All personal data transmitted to Università degli Studi della Tuscia are indispensable for the correct performance of the operations connected to the request form compilation and for the sending of further information at a later stage (info-mail). Therefore, any refusal to provide information, the lack of consent to the processing of data that is necessary from time to time, or its revocation, may prevent the execution of even the operations of your most direct interest. All data provided will be processed and stored electronically according to European regulations, by employees of Università degli Studi della Tuscia under the responsibility of the Data Controller, as well as by service providers specifically appointed as external data processors (Article 28 GDPR). Transmission of data to third parties: your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties. Data may be transferred to a third country only if it is characterized by a high standard of personal data protection, subject to an adequacy decision by the Authorities. Furthermore, you will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, which produces legal effects concerning you or which similarly significantly affects you.
