Seminario permanente “Diritti 4.0. Percorsi interdisciplinari” – I ciclo: “Guerre in codice. Come le intelligenze artificiali resettano la democrazia”

As part of the Permanent Seminar “Rights 4.0: Interdisciplinary Paths” – First Cycle, a seminar lecture will take place on 21 April 2026, from 11:00 to 13:00 (Aula Magna), devoted to the presentation of the volume  Guerre in codice. Come le intelligenze artificiali resettano la democrazia   (Donzelli, 2025).

The author, Michele Mezza, will be in conversation with Gianluca Boccacci, President of Cyber Actors, Alessio Stefanoni and Giorgia De Mitri (PhD Programme in Law of European and Global Markets: Crisis, Rights, Regulation), and Barbara G. Bello. The discussion will be chaired by Fabio Pacini.

About the author

Michele Mezza worked as a journalist for forty years at RAI, where he conceived and developed the RaiNews24 project. He teaches at the University of Naples Federico II, collaborates with Huffington Post, and serves on the editorial board of the journal Filosofia.0.

He is the author of several books published by Donzelli, including Algoritmi di libertà (2018), Il contagio dell’algoritmo (2020), Net-war (2022), and Connessi a morte (2024).
