DESCRIPTION:L’evento “Cibo che vale: politiche nazionali antispreco e sfide regionali” si svolgerà a Viterbo il 4 maggio 2026 alle ore 17 presso la Sala Regia del Comune di Viterbo\, organizzato dall’associazione Viterbo con Amore nell’ ambito delle iniziative del Festival del volontariato. Lo scopo dell’evento è approfondire la tematica dello spreco alimentare alla luce anche della proposta di legge regionale\, e a 10 anni dall’approvazione della legge nazionale di riferimento\, Legge n.166/2016 (cd. Legge Gadda). Interverranno l’ On. Maria Chiara Gadda\, i consiglieri regionali Daniele Sabatini e Marietta Tidei\, e le assessore del Comune di Viterbo Rosanna Giliberto e Patrizia Notaristefano. L’evento vede la partecipazione della prof.ssa Clara Cicatiello del DIBAF\, che porterà l’esperienza di 10 anni di ricerca sul tema\, promuovendo azioni antispreco in vari contesti e anche sul territorio viterbese.
