DESCRIPTION:L’Aula Confucio dell’Università degli Studi della Tuscia è lieta di annunciare il seminario di approfondimento culturale intitolato: Il Tè Cinese: Una Foglia\, Una Bevanda\, Una Chiave Culturale\, dedicato al tè come fondamentale chiave d’accesso alla civiltà cinese. Avremo l’onore di ospitare il Dottor Ge\, professionista nel settore enogastronomico\, titolare di Sinoteca\, il quale condurrà i partecipanti in un’esplorazione approfondita della cultura del tè. Il percorso didattico spazierà dalla botanica alle principali tipologie\, affrontando la terminologia tecnica\, le lavorazioni tradizionali e l’approccio degustativo. A conclusione dell’evento formativo\, è prevista una degustazione guidata di tè selezionati (35 partecipanti\, solo su prenotazione). \nÈ inoltre possibile seguire l’evento a distanza tramite Diretta Zoom e Diretta YouTube. \nLocandina in pdf \n  \n
