SUMMARY:PROBEN | Percorso di Yoga gratuito per studenti e studentesse UNITUS
DESCRIPTION:Nell’ambito del progetto PROBEN (PROmozione del BENessere)\, finanziato dal Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca (MUR)\, il Dipartimento di Scienze Ecologiche e Biologiche\, propone\, in collaborazione con l’Associazione Saraswati di Viterbo\, «RESPIRIAMO INSIEME CONTRO l’ANSIA»\, un percorso di YOGA rivolto a studentesse e studenti dei corsi triennali\, magistrali e di dottorato\, nonché a borsiste/i e assegniste/i di tutti i Dipartimenti. \nIl percorso si svolgerà presso il Centro Universitario Sportivo (CUS) di Viterbo e sarà articolato  in 10 incontri distribuiti su tre giorni a settimana: lunedì\, mercoledì e venerdì\, a partire da mercoledì 10 settembre fino a mercoledì 1° ottobre.
