He is a scientific expert in the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Crises and Emergencies in EU Integration (EmergEU) and a member of the Maastricht Centre for European Law (MCEL) and the Belgian Association for European Law (BEDER). Guido holds a Law Degree from LUISS University and an LL.M. from Maastricht University, and he also studied law at the London School of Economics and Leiden University.
