The lecture series on “The Integration of Artificial Intelligence and the Digitalization of Educational Processes, with Particular Reference to the Fundamental Principles Enshrined in the Constitution of the Italian Republic”<\/em> is designed to familiarize students and staff with the main issues underlying this technology.<\/p>\n

The lectures will cover theoretical foundations, practical case studies, and the ethical and legal implications of AI use in contemporary society, with particular attention to the relationship between technological innovation and the protection of fundamental rights. Special reference will be made to the constitutional principles of substantive equality (Art. 3), freedom of expression and information (Art. 21), the right to education (Art. 34), the protection of health (Art. 32), and the promotion of the human person (Art. 2), which provide the framework for the responsible use of AI.<\/p>\n

A dedicated segment will focus on the role AI can play in supporting the psycho-physical well-being of university communities, always respecting constitutional guarantees regarding dignity, privacy, and non-discrimination.<\/p>\n

The lectures are part of the Proben project<\/strong>, aimed at promoting quality of life in study and work environments. Within this context, AI will be presented as a tool for monitoring, prevention, and personalization of support pathways to foster the full development of the individual, in line with the constitutional principle of the complete development of human personality.<\/p>\n

The series also aims to stimulate critical reflection, fostering greater awareness in the use of emerging technologies. Theoretical sessions will alternate with practical workshops to make learning engaging and participatory, particularly addressing the simplification of administrative acts and the use of AI in legislative and administrative processes, thereby promoting closer interaction between citizens and the State.<\/p>\n

The meetings will be open to the entire university community, with the goal of creating spaces for dialogue and sharing, so that AI becomes not only a subject of study but also a concrete resource in the service of collective well-being and the realization of constitutional principles.<\/p>\n
