As part of the PROBEN project (Promotion of Wellbeing)<\/strong>, funded by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR)<\/strong>, the Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences<\/strong>, in collaboration with the Saraswati Association of Viterbo<\/strong>, is offering \u201cBreathing Together Against Anxiety\u201d<\/em>, a Yoga program<\/strong> designed for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, as well as research fellows and postdoctoral fellows from all Departments.<\/p>\n

The program will take place at the University Sports Center (CUS) of Viterbo<\/strong> and will consist of 10 sessions<\/strong> held three times a week<\/strong>: on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays<\/strong>, from Wednesday, September 10 to Wednesday, October 1<\/strong>. Two time slots will be available: 9:00\u201311:00 a.m.<\/strong> and 11:00 a.m.\u20131:00 p.m.<\/strong>, each lasting two hours.<\/p>\n

It is possible to register by filling out the following Google Form: https:\/\/forms.gle\/s5nMKDijDprWXKtW7<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To take part in the program, a valid medical certificate for non-competitive sports activities<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n
