ABSTRACT\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The FERTI & GROW ACADEMY project aims to develop high quality scientific and pedagogical digital training courses on Organic Fertilizers and Growing Media to teach farmers and companies, agriculture vocational education and training providers and learners, what these products are and how to use them to implement integrated pest management and meet sustainable agriculture requirements. In fact Organic Fertilizers and Growing Media can support a sustainable agriculture that have to continue to produce more but better, from agronomical & societal perspectives, and farmers have an essential role to play in managing this transition. But to reach farmers, that are the end users, and enabling them to use Organic Fertilizers & Growing Media it is essential to train the whole chain of stakeholders (Industries, suppliers, distributors, consultants, public bodies, VET providers) throughout the production of appropriate and reliable teaching materials developed by EU scientific and technical experts recognized in their field of competence. Therefore, the project consortium will develop a set of digital learning & teaching solutions including digital learning courses (linked with the European Green Deal), webinars, and pilot training courses. Those digital learning courses will be available on a free access basis on the learning management system mygreentrainingbox, in 4 languages (English, French, Italian and Spanish) and could be implemented in any e-learning, blended or face-to-face courses according to their own pedagogy and users.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
