ABSTRACT<\/b><\/p>\n

The project aims to develop and implement an innovative management system to support farms in mountain dairy supply chains in managing risks and improving profitability and economic performance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The project starts from and operationalizes the results of a European SURE-Farm research project and is promoted by a group of companies represented by 3 cooperatives and 6 agricultural companies and 2 research centers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The focus of the project is to develop a resilient agricultural business model.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Project activities are organized into the following actions:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Cooperation activities\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Identification of risk factors and critical points, identification of specific economic-income performance indicators and analysis of resilience conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Development of the model underlying the management tool\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Development of the model for the creation of the crisis fund: analysis of the economic feasibility and participatory analysis of the tools proposed to evaluate the degree of interest of the stakeholders\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Development of the model to improve the information flow in the supply chain to increase economic-financial skills and knowledge of companies\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Adaptation of the model to the platform\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Testing of the adapted management software\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Dissemination of results: activities for the dissemination of the project results and opening of the platform to other realities of the Lombardy mountains\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The results we intend to achieve are therefore the development of an innovative platform connected to a web-app that integrates all the above elements into a single virtual space. The objective is therefore to ensure better profitability and greater economic stability for companies by better understanding the risk factors, monitoring them and implementing preventive measures.<\/span><\/p>\n
