Research budget<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each PhD Student is ensured a research budget for research activities in Italy and abroad, in addition to their fellowship. The amount is not lower than 10% of the fellowship amount. Such budget is equals \u20ac 1.624,30 for each year of course.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Who is entitled to this research budget<\/strong><\/p>\n

All Phd Students, with or without fellowship, are entitled to this fund, apart from:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PhD Students who enrolled with fellowships from foreign countries or those belonging to specific programmes of international mobility or in cooperation for development<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In-coming international PhD Students enrolled within a cotutelle agreement<\/p>\n

How to request access to the research budget<\/strong><\/p>\n

PhD Students can request access to the budget after they obtain the authorization by the Coordinator of the PhD Programme and then ask for reimbursement by presenting all the necessary documents to the Department Administrative Secretariat of your Phd Course. Reimbursement must be documented by means of a tax invoice\/receipt or note stating the name and surname of the PhD student.<\/p>\n

You have to refer to the Department Administrative Secretariat of your Phd Course, in order to have information about this fund and the info about the procedure.<\/p>\n

You can ask for reimbursement on the following expenses:<\/p>\n

– congresses\/workshop enrollment<\/p>\n

– mobility in Italy and abroad<\/p>\n

– traaining courses<\/p>\n

– material that is used in labs *<\/strong><\/p>\n

– publication expenses<\/p>\n

– books\/journals *<\/strong><\/p>\n

– software *<\/strong><\/p>\n

– scientific and technical instruments *<\/p>\n
