Project Code:<\/strong> TNE23-00080 Strengthen the Italian higher education system in Argentina and contribute to the consolidation of the European Higher Education Area<\/strong>, in line with the Bologna Declaration<\/strong> and subsequent interministerial communications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Increase the attractiveness and interest of the Italian university system in Argentina, promoting it also as a model of international higher education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support the guidelines and strategies stemming from bilateral governmental agreements<\/strong> on higher education, cultural and scientific cooperation, as well as from EU and OECD directives, the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development<\/strong>, and the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm)<\/strong> principle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The following project lines will effectively contribute to achieving the general objectives outlined above:<\/p>\n Promote the joint implementation of academic training programs, introducing double degrees and co-supervised PhDs<\/strong> between Italian and Argentine universities. The initiative will encourage a balanced territorial distribution between the two countries and ensure the participation of institutions of different sizes. Considering structural differences between the two higher education systems, developing comparative frameworks<\/strong> is essential. Studies will be carried out on the recognition of Italian and Argentine degrees<\/strong>, on the integration of joint programs, and on the co-supervision of doctoral theses. Unlike Spain, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, Italy has not yet formalized a reference framework in this regard. Promote bilateral cooperation<\/strong> in teaching, research, and knowledge transfer through a mobility program for professors and researchers<\/strong> involved in jointly relevant research projects. This strategy will help strengthen the European Education and Research Area<\/strong>, enhancing scientific and cultural collaboration between Italian and Argentine academic institutions. It will also make it possible to identify new international partnerships<\/strong> and consolidate existing networks. Bring talented Argentine students<\/strong> closer to the academic environment of Italian degree programs, and vice versa. The mobility program will encourage participation in Italian university courses, offering the opportunity to attend lectures, take exams, and earn academic credits. This mobility scheme aligns with the internationalization indicators of higher education established by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research<\/strong> and will gradually foster greater integration between the Argentine and Italian academic systems<\/strong>. Organize joint training activities<\/strong> in Argentina and\/or Italy, selecting the most appropriate territorial and academic context to achieve the educational objectives. Italian and Argentine faculty members will collaborate to ensure high-quality standards<\/strong> in the courses offered. The initiative aims to foster the sharing of knowledge and skills<\/strong>, cultural and professional development, as well as the promotion of innovation and experimental development<\/strong> in scientific and social fields of shared interest.
