SUMMARY:EXPLOWHEAT Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The workshop aims to provide transnational contributions to the ambitious goal of facing the challenges to global food security (environmental stresses\, reduction of arable land and water resources) which increasingly affect Mediterranean countries\, by integrating basic and applied research and novel approaches.\nThis meeting will convene Italian and foreign researchers engaged in the PRIMA EXPLOWHEAT project to share their findings and experiences. In addition\, four PRIMA-funded projects focusing on durum wheat will be presented (IMPRESA\, EXPLOWHEAT\, MEDWHEALTH\, BIOACT). The handling of the insurance system\, as well as the criminal and civil proceedings. \n The webinar is part of the seminar series “Towards Green Horizons”\, organized within the framework of the D.I.Ver.So. excellence project.\nThe Order of Agronomists and Foresters of Viterbo will award 0.25 CFP for each seminar\, while the Territorial College of Agricultural Experts and Graduates of the Province of Rome will recognize 2 CFP for each seminar.\nParticipation also counts towards the 24 hours of mandatory training for public employees. Students and PhD candidates will earn 2 CFU after passing the final exam\, to be held in December.
