DESCRIPTION: JULY 21 | 3:00 PM\n Registration:   https://seminaricreaunitus.crea.gov.it/ \nThe European Green Deal aims to make Europe climate neutral by 2050 and\, to make this objective legally binding\, the Commission has issued the European Climate Law which also sets a further and more ambitious target of reducing net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030 compared to 1990 levels. Achieving this target would require amendments to a number of existing legislative proposals\, including the Efforts Sharing Regulation (NO-ETS sector)\, the Land Use\, Land Use Change and Forestry Regulation (LULUCF sector) and the Renewable Energy Directive. In the Land Use\, Land Use Change and Forestry Regulation\, more ambitious targets are proposed to expand the EU’s natural carbon sink\, which is essential to offset emissions and achieve climate neutrality. \n The webinar is part of the training project “Towards Green Horizons”\, organized within the framework of the excellence project D.I.Ve.r.So.\nThe Order of Agronomists and Foresters of Viterbo will grant 0.25 Professional Training Credits (CFP) for each seminar; the Territorial College of Graduate Agricultural Experts of the Province of Rome will grant 2 CFP per seminar; the National College of Agrotechnicians will also grant 2 CFP per seminar.\nThe training project counts toward the annual 40-hour training performance target outlined in the Directive of the Minister for Public Administration dated January 16\, 2025. SUMMARY:Let's breathe together against anxiety | Free Yoga Course
DESCRIPTION:Exam anxiety is a specific form of performance anxiety that occurs in situations involving evaluation or judgment by others. To support students in managing this condition\, the PROBEN project (Promotion of Well-being) has been developed\, funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR). \n\n\n\nAs part of this project\, the Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences\, in collaboration with the Saraswati Association of Viterbo\, offers “LET’S BREATHE TOGETHER AGAINST ANXIETY”\, a free YOGA program open to all students enrolled in bachelor’s\, master’s and PhD programs\, as well as research fellows and grant holders from all Departments. \nThe program is based on the discipline of Yoga\, considered a tool for restoring balance and promoting connection with oneself\, others\, and the environment. The sessions will introduce techniques applicable to academic and everyday contexts. \nThe program will take place at the University Sports Center (CUS) in Viterbo and will begin with an introductory meeting scheduled for the September 8\, 2025\, at 10:30 a.m.\, in Room 5 (Block B\, Riello Campus). Registration is required through the following Google Form:https://forms.gle/s5nMKDijDprWXKtW7 \nThe full program consists of 10 sessions\, scheduled three times a week—Monday\, Wednesday\, and Friday—from Wednesday\, September 10 to Wednesday\, October 1.
