ANDREA GIORGI (Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies\, Pisa—Italy) \nAndrea is an Affiliate Researcher and former Postdoctoral Researcher in Administrative Law at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa\, where he earned his Ph.D. in Law cum laude. During his doctoral studies\, he was a Visiting Researcher at the Faculty of Law\, University of Oxford. He currently serves as a Teaching Assistant in Administrative Law and EU and Comparative Administrative Law at Sapienza University of Rome. He has authored chapters and articles on national and European administrative law\, public economic law\, climate change law\, and the European Green Deal\, published in edited volumes and peer-reviewed journals of national and international significance.
